We already know things like disability and other minoritized identities and characteristics become downplayed, misrepresented, or straight-up erased in situations like this. We want to be on guard about this, and prevent hegemonic majority from creating undue harm.

It's a way to fabricate intent based on a inherently biased dataset, which, in turn, will be systematized. This means it'll become more accepted and less scrutinized, much like a lot of other LLM-based infrastructure offerings.

I'll also set aside concerns around things like environment, labor, and consent. I know you're cognizant of them.

For what the NN/g article represents, my main concern is the abstraction of responsibility and due diligence this sort of thing represents.
