Someone needs to take Carney aside and explain that the benefits of increased oil and gas development accrue to places that will never in a million years vote Liberal, but the environmental risks run through a lot of winnable seats in provinces that don't get a dime of royalty income.

If I were a federal Liberal I'd be increasingly concerned that Carney doesn't seem to be that good at the politics part of being a politician, and the Conservatives seem to be moving from the "slowly" to the "all at once" stage of realizing the biggest obstacle to victory is their adult baby leader.

There’s a cynicism that runs through the entire track, like someone tried to throw together a Lady Gaga song by lifting some elements directly and imitating others without really understanding how they work or fit together.
