I’ve never been TSA but have held a lot of customer service/public facing jobs. People in those positions are treated like un-people a lot of the time. It must be so much worse now than when I was doing it

And I get it because I feel like I lucked into a relationship with a person who’s a 100% partner/rooommate/coparent. If I felt like I had to do this with someone for decades who wasn’t, I’d hate it too.

But the kind of person I am—I’d walk away if it didn’t improve so it’s weird to me.

Simmer for 1-2 hours until beans are tender, add chicken/tofu back in and green leafy veg. Cook until leaves are wilted.

it's not hard but you'll be letting it simmer for a while.

Saute onions/garlic/other veg. Add your meat/tofu to cook. If it's something like ham you can leave it in, chicken/tofu should be removed and add back in last so it doesn't get tough.

Add beans (canned or pre-soaked), seasoning and broth

Now that it's colder we make soup for lunches based around beans/greens/2nd protein. It's different every week and we never get tired
