I was very surprised and amazed at the ability for Melodyne to do its magic. The hard part is spending the time to learn how to get Melodyne to split the sounds correctly enough to adjust your vocals to sound good

Likewise I’d say that the Dreaming has some fantastic songs that get totally overlooked even though the album was pivotal in her career. If it wasn’t for the Dreaming I don’t think Hounds of Love could have been made.

I would word it more that it was her most commercially successful album that contains the most songs that people remember.
I would say that the side B of the album was far better musically than side A but likely nobody remembers the names or anything about those songs

So if him getting sick has financially wiped out his family then how can the majority of Americans who would have far less wealth or access to resources afford any level of healthcare if they got sick with Cancer? Wouldn’t that make US healthcare system worse than most countries?

In Canada we have public health care and are constantly criticized for wait time for people to get care. The USA has health insurance and you get access to all the best healthcare you can buy. I have no doubt that James was far better off than most Americans so should have top notch insurance

There is lots of political out there. I heard on the US news about James Van Der Beek dying from colon cancer. But here is where I get confused. They were also asking for fundraising as the medical cost financially destroyed and family faces uncertain future? This I find confusing.

Sadly it holds true for so many professions and the world has lost out because of it. I hear it all the time about the bro’s club in the music industry where women constantly get played as little more than eye candy or outright dismissed from many positions like production mixing & mastering

And then there are the stranger people who just think you

no other reason than have a burrito and talk about 80s music. Stranger things do happen.

The only thing worse that trying to recover from the migraine is the actual #Migrane that sadly was a level 11 for me. At least the #cats are here to keep me company.

So I wonder what is the line between a long song and an annoying long song. Looking back to some early Depeche Mode or Tangerine Dream or even more recent Silicon Scientist, they have some great 13min+ songs I totally enjoy.
