I know we know our American medical system is broken but tonight I had to take my dad to the ER at the insistence of his pulmonologist. I had two of the three doctors I saw tell me he wasn't like actively dying so he didn't belong in the ER & I was abusing resources. 1/

I think providing sensitivity training to WDW front line security may not be a terrible idea. Yelling at a little old lady because her brain & her body don't talk & her family telling you she has Parkinson's, & tells you what that is, your response shouldn't be I don't care she needs to walk. 1/

So we went on the Wish for like a week and I bought internet specifically to just see photos of my cats from the pet sitters. I did not go on or use social media, I didn't check the news, and honestly it was great. I completely get why people choose to not be informed because it's freeing.

Disneyland Gay Days, and WDW Gay Days are such different vibes. Out here you see like full families supporting their like preteen child or like families with their kids. While at home it's more like a party environment which ya know makes sense to an extent for Orlando. Anyhow 10/10 recommend.

My auto insurance for the year went up over $600. I can't tell you the last time we filed a claim. It has been at least before Covid with the exception that we both had to get new windshields in 2023 because of the I4 construction.
