Sunrise is one of my favorite times to be asleep, but this morning’s was beautiful. 

What an incredible day today: first day at my new job at Oomph, amazing dinner of @frenchbiche.bsky.social’s enchilada soup with chili cheese Fritos (*trust* me!), my levain country loaf turned out just right and we watched Bruce Willis save the day in Die Hard.

Look at that crumb! Pure levain country loaf. Feel like I’m getting good at this.
