The City of Philadelphia has introduced legislation to limited ICE in the city. The Federal Agents can not be masked, must have ID visible, must have arrested warrants signed by federal judges. They can't attack people. If they can't do this, they will be arrested.

I think that $75 billion being voted on to fund ICE instead aught to go to every person, immigrant & citizen, in this mass detention, every murdered person's families, every wrongfully deported person, restoring their lives to something humane.

The cruelty really IS the point.
It’s meant to scare us all & stop resistance.
Seems to be having the opposite effect, even across the political spectrum.
