3 separate people asked the same 5 questions within a 15 minute period, 2 of which we never saw again. Nobody has told us anything at all. Every second of this situation has been a complete failure of the system and there’s no end in sight.

My wife got bad stomach pain quickly so we came to the ER. It took 3.5 hours to get from the waiting room to an actual room with less than 10 people in front of us. It took 1.5 hours to get actual medication from the moment we entered the room (when they said they HAD the meds). We are still here.
