hardest part of bridges atm is my shoulder stability which pisses me off because i used to have a really good L-sit and handstand and i can feel the atrophy but WHATEVER ill fix it

sometimes i record my flexibility training to see how deep im actually going in my poses and then i watch it back and realise how incredibly slutty i look its fucking awesome

i have no idea to to actually blend different eyeshadows but i figure half of the stuff in these palettes that are varying degrees of red / purple are meant to be blended so ill practice that once ive got an idea of what all of these colours all actually look like solid
