Spring Queen x Fall King outfits for an upcoming event. Pieces in the set we made:

King - pauldron, sporran, circlet crown, moccasins.
Queen - spaulder set, bracers, corset, moccasins.

Okay, so we added a corset.

Did we spend the afternoon making bark style bracers to go with Holly’s new armor? Why yes, yes we did.

Okay, I’m very proud of this one - used a couple of new techniques to make a forest elf gorget and spaulder set. Also, Holly makes an incredible elf. Gosh, she’s regal.

Feeling a bit like this lately, as I sit up in the wee hours of the morning burnishing the edges on a new leather project.

Inhalers have been visual shorthand for “nerd” for as long as I can remember. In my particular case the stereotype does hold up, I suppose, although I was a track letterman in school. Is track the nerdiest of the sports? Maybe. Anyway, cheers, ya nerds. It’s breathing season!
