It can go in a crockpot as well, but better if you do the browning/sauté first. Without that it will lack a bit of colour

Brown chicken (thighs or legs) & set aside. Sauté onion and pepper in the pan, add brown rice & frozen veggies and about 500ml of chicken or vegetable stock, stir. Add the chicken on the top & put the lid on. simmer for 30-40 minutes

Every time he spoke it took me out of it. My first thought, as he seemed to be doing a strange imitation, was that it was originally aimed at Martin Shaw, who was then deemed not a big enough for US markets. The director needed slapping for letting him chew the scenery

Is this the original sculpture, it appears significantly smaller. I may be being pedantic, but if the original functioned as public art, I’m not sure a small reproduction would serve the same role. It feels, like so much of Cambridge redevelopment that ‘better than nothing’ is the mantra.

The artwork is (as usual) fanciful, with colossal trees, where the reality is spindly, caged saplings surrounded by concrete

The proposed replacement looks a bit deranged - is it just a poor illustration that makes it look like the right side has sloughed off?
