I had fun making this one. Aster Nightbloom's hair is made from rose fibre, which is very soft, silky, has a lovely sheen and is easy to needle-felt into the head. This art doll has already found a home. I'm looking forward to trying some more plant fibres soon #dollmaking #artdoll #textileart

I made Calia in 2022. For some reason she never quite found the right home. At 26cm, she is larger than my recent work and is constructed a bit differently. The neck is a fixed joint and the shoulders are button jointed. She'll be perfect for someone out there. I hope they can find each other! #art
