It's probably not hyperbolic to say it changed my life and I still think it's a masterpiece that has aged gracefully.

For the ADHD part, I write down everything. Even short term stuff like a user ID or something, I'll forget it 5 seconds later so I slap it on notepad just as a buffer if I do forget. Anything that needs my attention later is written on paper.

Stickerbush Symphony is a masterpiece and one of the best pieces of video game music ever composed... But for me it's a tie with Forest Interlude. It's peaceful, lonely and yet it feels full of life (or haunted). Wise has captured in music form what a forest feels like.

Fashion Dreamer. I think a lot of people, me included, thought we would be getting a spiritual successor to Style Savvy on the Switch with that game. It ended up being an 80$ game with like 20$ of content. No story, no characters, no store, no hair salon. Dressup and selfies is all the game is.

I might be bending the definition a bit, but The Forbidden Land in Shadow of the Colossus. Relatively speaking there's not much to do in it aside from going from one boss to another and yet it captivates me so much for everything it doesn't tell you both in lore and mechanics
