But I feel threatened every day by straight male Republicans.

Agree, I was responding to the comment on media literacy. I think other commenters expounded on it by saying a basic understanding of civics and even history are additional tools to combat propaganda.

I saw where one of the Scandanavian countries was teaching kids how to spot propaganda with critical thinking!
