07.08.2025 17:03 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Yeah, same here. Annoying you have to actually go into the post to mute/block and I really hope that's not feeding the algorithm!!!
07.08.2025 15:44 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0I remember the first video player we had was rented from Radio Rentals. It had a wired remote control. They published a small brochure with movies you could rent too. My sister and I went through and circled all the ones we wanted to watch including Texas Chaim Saw Massacre - but weren't allowed!
04.08.2025 17:18 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Same here tbh ๐คฃ Luckily my friend group was in that "middle" tier - "friends" with both nut-jobs and nerds. I remember spending most of one PE lesson running around because I'd been stupid enough to rugby-tackle one of the hard-nuts, just chasing me ๐คฃ Garth - wow, that brings back some memories!
03.08.2025 15:40 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0I went to E.P. (lower school over at Birch Hill, then upper & 6th form near Gt. Holland's ๐ฑ) so we'd have probably been sworn enemies at the time ๐๐

03.08.2025 13:27 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Haha cool. There was always a lookout placed at the top of the road as well to shout "CAR!!" ๐
03.08.2025 11:39 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I lived in Berkshire. I think every kid back then must have had the same childhood!
03.08.2025 09:39 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Kids these days don't know they're born! Riding in the middle of the street & jumps in the woods, climbing up (& falling out of) trees, seeing how horizontal you could get the swings in the park, how far across the lake you could fling the plummet weight attached to your fishing line and so on.
03.08.2025 09:34 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0My shins hurt just watching this.
I always wanted a cool BMX like a Silver Fox, Kuwahara, Mongoose, Redline etc. but only had a crap one that was seemingly made of dark matter it was so heavy.
Really enjoying watching "Japan's Master of Restoration" on BBC iPlayer.
Totally fascinating and incredibly skillful seeing them in action working with priceless artefacts; their colour matching skills are truly sublime.

28.07.2025 11:09 โ ๐ 11 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0I verified mine just via my Gmail account that I'd had for years and years. Didn't require camera access at all, and to be honest not sure I'd have done it if it did.

01.05.2025 20:58 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Same for me - I've never been able to use dark mode in any IDE to be honest. I think it must be an age thing (my first computer was an Acorn Electron for Christmas so that dates me!)
