I can highly recommend physiocure up at cookridge hall on otley road. Think it’s £30 for 30 mins, £50 or 60 for the hour….well worth it

It’s all about the cumulative benefit! Every running injury you avoid that you will never know about because you took the preventative steps….or at least that’s how i justify it!

Thought it only right that I should report in on my second Scudamore outing, this one devoured on a sunbed in Skiathos. So utterly absorbing, the entire family could have been abducted by aliens and I wouldn’t have noticed! So good, I have already bought two additional copies as gifts! Excellent
