The FBI and DoJ have spent the last year whiting out trump's name and replacing it with "Clinton" (in a different font) and digitally editing out trump from photos and videos

1) the DoJ, FBI, and other agencies have scrubbed trump from the records

Or

2) due to Trump's order to investigate dems named in the files, Bondi will refuse to release the files because it's an active investigation
