Through CASA I was able to understand what happened to me and how and why. I was able to re-frame the narrative from a place of truth-telling.

Today was my last session with my sexual assault counsellor.

I'm entitled to 9 more but I'm genuinely in such a good place, amd the system is so overloaded, that it feels nice to pass them over to someone who needs them more right now.
