Live for love.

Your love can be tinged with fear and sadness, and in choosing it, not once, but over and over, you give yourself a measure of control.

Love is the greatest power you have at your disposal.

So harness love, for them, for you, for those who will stand shoulder to shoulder against the darkness.

If you fill yourself with love you cannot and will not be manipulated by those fostering hate and encouraging violence.

They don’t deserve your hate.

They choose sleep. They choose simple lies over complex truths.

They are scared.

This is one of the easiest times in our history to be united.

There are more of us than them.

They are not engaged, they are apathetic. They are not reading or watching. There is no critical thinking. This is why they are vulnerable to lies.

Shouting at them “wake up” won’t work.

We want to suggest that you try to avoid letting bots or trolls dictate your feelings.

It’s difficult, conflict is engagement, engagement drives the algorithm, amplifying outrage.

Ask yourself, if you can, “who does it serve for me to feel this way?”
