The workshop will take place on Oct 14-17th in Cantanhede, Portugal. Please find more info here - nenckiopenlab.org/keypoints/. TAs are: Konrad Danielewski (Nencki) and @flaviaricciardi.bsky.social (CNC UC).

During the workshop, you will learn how to navigate the DeepLabCut workflow, annotate your data properly, select the right model backbone, train it, and evaluate its performance. You will also learn how to preprocess and structure your data for advanced behavioral analysis!

We are pleased to announce our first workshop in Portugal, which will guide you step by step through the process of pose estimation and unsupervised behavior analysis, focusing on two powerful tools: DeepLabCut and Keypoint-MoSeq!
