Also in proabably not unrelated news my mental health is struggling.

I am fighting the SH urges so much right now. It’s so fucking stupid that that makes the happy chemicals in my brain.

Moms been in the hospital since Sunday

(So now the newer girls in the shop now come to me bc my yorkies faces look nice. They have asked how I learned to work with the face hair on this breed and I’m just like I rucked up a lot in the past to get here. Same thing for schnauzer eyebrows. )

Remember kiddos if you are bad at something spend a few years dodging it and then decide out of spite that you are determined to become halfway decent at the thing so you start doing the thing whenever it walks in the door. And sooner or later your work will be passable!

Oh god, the drool is ALWAYS cold. When I’m grooming drool is the one bodily substance that just straight up sends me over the edge. Just ewwwwwwwww and it’s always cold

Facebook doing its thing. I love my River Kitty. But damn he was kinda an ugly kitten lol. Like I can admit that. I even said that back then. But he was MY ugly kitten. And now he’s my big handsome cat. (Emphasis on the big-my boy eats good)

One breed I have always struggled with grooming wise is Yorkies. Especially their heads. And to say I am so fricken proud of this groom is a huge understatement

Also I’m really proud of this groom I did yesterday! Placement of the pattern is a little off but otherwise it looks good!

Also he looks pissed bc I stopped brushing him. He loves to be brushed lol

River Kitty turned 8 yesterday! How has 8 years gone by already. And to think how close I came to losing him at the beginning of the year.

Also I really have no idea what my income is going to look like this year. It’s been all over the place

Had to send in proof of eligibility for Medicaid. So sent in my most recent tax info. Fingers crossed I don’t loose it. And if I do -fingers crossed I can still get my brain meds.

Because with out them I will not be any type of productive member of society

James turned 13 this week!

Talk about a throwback! One of the aunts sent this photo of me and the parents. I had to have still been in elementary because my hair was still super straight and I’m not wearing my glasses lol. I use to only wear them at school then and just be all blurry eyed at home lmao

But we managed and she is home healing. As one can imagine She’s not out of the woods yet but she is in my prayers.

I had the most difficult groom I have ever participated in this week.

Sheas was apparently missing for a few months before she was found.

It took hours to set her free from her coat. The smell was so bad .

I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get through the hair.

My psychiatrist really do be keeping a tight leash on how many jobs I have at a time and how many days a week I’m working.

Americans really be forgetting that war can happen on our own land
