I recommend semi private. I do similar with a daily phone call with a friend to help point out when I may need a med adjustment

I had to trial and error several different drugs. Wasn't until I got a diagnosis of Bipolar type 2 and put on Abilify that I was okay. I'm also on an as needed anti anxiety pill that I haven't been taking because no job. New job starts Monday. Will probably be starting up again

For me? Doctor prescribed drugs.
