I woke up to some real national geographic ish today. The first picture was this morning around 7 am. I went to feed my pond fish and found a HUGE frog eating one. The last 3 pictures were of him around 530pm today. I haven't been quick enough to catch him. I'm a little worried he could be stuck.

Night two we stayed just outside of Weed California at a hipcamp by mount shasta

Took the bus on a little road trip. Night 1 was Salem oregon so we could have breakfast at Word of mouth restaurant. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

I told the husband the other day that it might be time to consider different furniture. Hooch is only 5 months old and our couch is already feeling quite small.

Currently working on The Women, Dune, and The Fiery Cross. I just finished Iron Flame, and a book called The Explorers, which told stories of 10 historical figures in the u.s. no goals this year, just going to cruise.

I'm so heartbroken for them

Went for a little hike in leadbetter. The dogs shared a large tree limb at one point. Hooch was on a scent at the end of our walk and took me straight towards this porcupine. We did not investigate further.
