Posting because this is a nice summation of what merchants do. I’ve always had a hard time explaining my merchandising jobs to friends and family. It’s very niche and unknown.

This is great, enjoyed reading. Sadly, I’ve personally seen an incredible amount of talent and potential leave merchandising roles in this time period.
