it was a surprise. but i'm now ruled by the cardio peeps as good to go. no more meds, tests, appointments unless something new pops up, a possibility but unlikely. i am very lucky to have good insurance and doctors and general fitness.

my day started at 5, by 6 i was at the laundromat, by 9:30 i was teaching my first zoom at home, scooted to campus to attend a faculty meeting, scooted home to do my next two zoom sessions (better bandwidth for streaming), finished at 5:30. take out tacos. heading out for a walk. my head's spinning

there is little better than finishing off my day enjoying tacos, chips, and guac and watching Volcano, the greatest disaster movie of all time.
