I love commander, its easily my favorite way to play the game, but there's few things more exhausting with the release cycle of magic than the trend of every new set being "surprise, its actually a commander master's set in disguise!"

Really the thing that sets it apart from SPM is that this is a flavorful, draftable set. There's still too many legends (as much as I enjoyed FF it was also guilty of this) and I'm glad we got this being an iteration on an already solid draft uncommon instead of it being another unneeded legendary.

This time last month I was really down on the Airbender set, but stuff like this specifically gives me a lot more hope for it beyond the singles I'll want to pick up for commander. Its a good callback to both the best parts of the show and iconic cards from mtg in all the ways that matter for both.
