Urban romantic. Maker of moments and meaning. Tenor, pianist, AI tinkerer. Obsessed with form, memory, and the magic of place—from Ravel to Renoir, street grids to sacred music. Always exploring, occasionally snarky, mostly becoming.

Same story different decade. They, plus Brewer defunded nearly-free in-state university tuition for Arizona residents.
Less education means more crime means more customers!
"There are many good places for advertising. A conversation with Claude is not one of them."
Good for @anthropic.com: www.anthropic.com/news/claude-...
Sigh. Codex now obliged to only use scripts in /skills. My repo work is now cattle-class. Overnight, codex just got STUPID.

Did you already import your datasets to inform your /memory ?
I ported over /people, /knowledge, /zettels, and topic-hubs, already in progress.
Love Peter’s “PR” new def: “no more are they ‘pull requests’, they are ‘prompt requests’.”

We’re releasing a smarter, faster search. It’s been rebuilt from the ground up. It’s now fully offline, super-fast, and more precise. 🚀
Thanks for the idea to html my ./~codex convos! I added two other columns: 1: “Cornell-notes” style cues/summary so i can skim the gist of a convo, and 2: meta info (whose turn, time, action).
Now i can teach clawdbot what I’ve been building.
What other data storage options are you seeing?
(File system/markdown files, mirrored in git is mine for now)
Saved conversation? CustomGPT?
Skill? Git? or App? Where’s an architect-type to publish one’s helpful mini-app?
Noticeably, notion’s are the only ones published in codex / skills / experimental so far.
#ticcifan what an awesome way to use a full-access-granted enabled Claude on your Mac. Bravo.

Sooo cool. Still $1.99 a slice.
24.12.2025 19:46 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0Also, re system7 nostalgia, remembering how totally cool it was to see the pipes appear connected to a folder icon that was “published” (shared). “Publish and subscribe” forever!! 😎

24.12.2025 19:36 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0macOS icons have been eccentric for decades. Myles and Jason rip the new ones apart! Wow guys!
My takeaway: I forgot about the color picker eye dropper thingy, thanks, guys.
And love the nostalgia for “Finder”.
@snell.zone : remember “Chooser”?! 🤗
Apple Music app inside ChatGPT does not work inside a Project where I scaffolded an export of my Library and docs about my preferences, only as a root convo.
But I could still add the files to a new convo. Some of these AI-created playlists are quite good!
So tuned in, these guys! #ticcifan
Where to share the vibe-coded automations and prompts we create?
Thinking about info-mac archive, a listserv/ftp-mirror distro for shareware I worked on in the ‘90s. Let’s do it again.
Nikki’s approach was one of naïveté. Let the chef teach. Then let the article be the pass through. Rarely critical, always informative, definitely worth the ad revenue for the “review”. I liked it. “The more you know, the more you know you don’t know.”

10.12.2025 16:59 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0A screenshot of a social media post from a parody account styled as a governor’s press office. The post uses all caps and mocks a political figure by describing a fake award in exaggerated, insulting language. Below it is another post sharing a short video clip from a televised event at the Kennedy Center. In the video still a man in a suit is being given a large decorative medal by another man while cameras and a news chyron run along the bottom. The scene takes place on a stage with a blurred backdrop.
