The law requires notice to Congress and a case-by-case justification. It is not optional.

Congress must convene a bipartisan hearing to examine these unlawful acts and how they can be remedied. Immediately.

I just think it’s funny how we’re making the government more “efficient” with HR, Legal, and Disability Coordinators working 12-18 hour days. Can’t wait to see those overtime numbers. We’re not taxing that anymore right? We’re about to spend more in OT than we save in the Reduction in Force (RIF).
