Image shows a productivity planner provided as part of the workshop swag, a cupcake with a printed developing leaders logo, both sat on top of a high level agenda for a workshop titled:
'Living with purpose: intentional goal setting for a focused life'
What did I do today?
1. Spent a lot of time internally singing 'find my purpose' from Avenue Q
2.Realised I need to provide myself with dedicated time and mental space to develop (not just e-learning!!)
Thanks @danlyus.bsky.social for a super, thought provoking, session #developingleaders

The 2024 MBRRACE-UK report stated that 1 in 4 women/pregnant people that died from VTE did so in the first trimester.
With self-referrals now in place for most women and birthing people, how do we ensure that those at high risk of VTE are appropriately assessed & treated prior to midwife booking?
