When I was like, in my teens and early 20s, my anxiety was so bad I had a terrible time saying yes to things. I missed out on lots because of that.

Now that I'm medicated and more stable, I had to learn to say "yeah, I don't wanna do that. That sounds like I won't like it and I'm cool with that."

I'm halfway through 30 and this is still good advice
