It's not a good look to react so defensively to a mildly critical review. The reviewer makes some reasonable comments. It makes you appear childish and over-sensitive. Writers need to be able to take on a range of views and learn from it. Learn from this and broaden your rather blinkered outlook

A) science and biology are not 'fringe views', HTH
B) what you call 'lawfare' is the attempt to have basic rights recognised and upheld. Any trans person is free to also use the law for this reason

It's quite creepy how you insist on mansplaining to women about the proper way to be a feminist. I've been an active feminist for decades but no, you know better. A man telling women how to do feminism > a perfect analogy of patriarchy as well as gender ideology (men can be better 'women')

It's not about excluding trans, it's about rejecting the ideology. It's about acknowledging reality. 'Trans women are women' renders 'woman' a meaningless category. And if you can't define women, you can't protect women's rights. Gender identity should never trump sex. Why can't they just be trans!

And, as a lesbian, I've been involved in LGB and feminist activism since 1979. A gay man's lived experience under patriarchy has been hard, I understand that. It can be allied with feminism but it cannot be part of feminism. I have dear gay friends; I have also suffered appalling sexism from gay men

If you don't publish a book because it's bad, that's not censorship. If you don't publish a book because of the author's 'thought crimes' (beliefs which, BTW, are protected under EA2010), yes, that's censorship. Use your brain: where does this authoritarian punishment of free speech end up? HTH

That'sa lie! Women and LGB groups are trying to claw back the rights stolen from us thanks to gender ideology. Trans people still have full protection under EA2010. Why does no one care that women and lesbians have lost our single-sex spaces?

It's already my rights that I've lost: as a woman (right to same-sex spaces, including prisons and sport), as a lesbian (right to meet in female same-sex attracted spaces). But I suspect you don't care about that 🤔
