I don't get how she got such a small prison sentence. The bullying was terrible but also I feel like some of the sexual stuff should have gotten her much heavier charges

It's just so sad, especially that she was so close to her mom. This girl is going to have a lifelong trauma to deal with.

Not a lot of new shows to add to my queer streaming guide last week... Unspeakable Sins has a gay plotline but it seems mostly used for revenge by a wife on her shitty husband. Not sure how I feel about this one.

I had some time to process and reflect on the Fit for TV docu and Netflix could have been harsher with those producers. I don't think they understand what they did wrong to this day.

They all had zero regrets. It was wild to watch their interviews next to the clips of the show. They seem to truly believe they were justified "because they had to make good TV". Some people really cannot admit to themselves and the world when they are wrong.

I feel bad for the doctor they kept on staff because he's clearly a corrupt freak but he is also completely haunted by his memories of what the show did to these people he was supposed to be caring for

I started the Fit For TV docuseries on Netflix. the Biggest Loser was insane! That poor woman who just crashed on the beach and almost died and then just went back there. INSANE.
The idea of good TV back then was something else.
