Not in Alberta I recently read an article about whooping cranes, Foster parent plan proposed for whoopers (JOURNAL, Aug 21) in which you said Fort Smith was located in Alberta. Well I would like to tell you Fort Smith just happens to be in the NWT. I know this because I was born there and it used to be the capital of the Northwest Territories.
