The only problem I have with this theory is the number. As a father of a girl who just turned 13, I can tell you that kids this age have little interest in pleasing their Daddy. 🙂 I'd change 12 to about 7 and I think it'd be better. The rationale definitely holds true, though.

He's played well so far this year. I sorta had him figured as a permanent Stone Hands guy, but he's improving. No one shakes free from the line like he does off the snap, so if he can continue to hang onto the ball, the sky's the limit.

We know many already on stage. We won’t know the producers until such a case was assigned. If someone like that hack Judge Cannon got a case, for instance, then you’d be right - it’s all over. But *someone or something* is finally promoting these heroic survivors to come together and come forward.

I don’t know. I’d sure like to find out. This is the only remotely “bipartisan” issue I can remember recently. When was the last time MTG was saying the same things AOC was saying? I am probably being naive, but this feels different. My biggest concern would be the safety of these survivors.

Extreme public pressure from multiple points on the political spectrum would definitely influence a jury, IMO. I’d bet these survivors would raise a lot of gofundme $ for their cases as well, which absolutely affects civil litigation. So no, not right v wrong, but bc of cash and perception.

I don’t agree about the homelessness part. I’d bet good $$ a lot of lawyers would take their cases nearly pro bono, and discovery would be a humdinger.

I think he's just looking for another quick cash grab. It's worked before against other media companies. The difference is I don't feel like Murdoch is intimidated by him and won't back down. I'm assuming we'll hear before long that this claim was quietly dropped.

I've had it both in Mexico and regularly here in San Diego - it's the same level of good in both places. WAY better than the plastic-wrapped, corn-syrup addled slop they sell in the US.

Actually, I'm not so sure keeping children safe is bipartisan. See repeated school shootings and many other things that "we're not allowed to politicize" even while one side - and we know which one - politicizes them.
