and before you say “that sounds miserable” no it’s not. it’s freeing to not expect anything to be good. i’m chilling and enjoying what and who i enjoy. people should try being more secure in their tastes and stop needing to have some big noble reason for them.

as my close friends can testify, i don’t like a lot of people. i don’t like most people. i don’t like most ANYTHING. “everything sucks” is basically my catchphrase.

BUT i accept that it’s largely arbitrary and not that big a deal.

fun fact: you can just not like someone. it can just be that. when you meet someone and don’t like them, you don’t have to post-hoc a bunch of moral failings in their chatacter. you can just be like “i don’t like her.”
