Out around Hawnby, North York Moors today working with Pro-Development to help deliver the first part of their Remarkable Leadership Programme.

What better place is there than the outdoors for learning, reflection, discussions and thought?

Bow Fell via the Climbersโ€™ Traverse & Crinkle Crags.

Crinkle Crags is good fun in mist - every time I go up there I bump into โ€˜navigationally challengedโ€™ people. My advice - take a map & compass, learn how to use them and donโ€™t passively follow a phone.
