After Kennedy Center exit, Philip Glass to bring new symphony home to Baltimore Famed composer and Baltimore native Philip Glass pulled his symphony from the Kennedy Center in protest of Donald Trump. Now, the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra will perform β€œLincoln” in 2027.

Once again, Dc's loss is Baltimore's gain. Unreal how much culture we are getting thanks to the Kennedy Center being coordinated www.thebanner.com/culture/arts...

The AI grader is probably the strangest of Grammarly’s AI tools. It is built to predict what grade your document would receive if it were graded for a class. To receive a β€œgrade,” you can upload your assignment rubric, enter your class section, and enter your instructor’s name. Grammarly then searches the web for publicly available information about your instructor and that class (RateMyProfessor reviews, public syllabi, public assignments, etc.). Note that some of this information may have been uploaded without the consent of the instructor. It then tries to simulate the grade and feedback that professor would give.

I used to regularly post course syllabi on my website because of how useful I always found others' work, but am thinking I need to take them all down not because I'm afraid of being canceled, but because I don't want them used for training AI www.carleton.edu/ai/blog/gram...

Opinion | A.I. Companies Are Eating Higher Education

This is a great demonstration of the devil’s bargain higher ed is making with LLM companies.
