My love of Halloween isn't from early marketing so much as love of Autumnal, respite from harsh winters and summer bugbites, lack of interest in colonial Thanksgiving. Falloween runs from October 1 to November 1. Solsticeween until December 20-ish. Christmas until January 6. Then wait for Spring.
