💯I only attempted to read them this year and DNFd the 3rd one. I may go back later. There’s a lot to love and I appreciate the work the authors did do, but there are some serious tells that it’s written by cishet white guys, especially the repeated exoticization of Naomi and her ethnic ambiguity.
