It's National Coming Out Day, apparently, and I had THOUGHTS.

I did come out to a small group of friends before that, and after they found out they went "wait, we knew before your family?"

And I had to admit that I cared about them more than my family.

I have a weird relationship with my family.

Note: All future comings out will not be particularly emotional since you don't have those pent up feelings that have accumulated over X number or years (36 in my case).

The important thing about coming out is that even if you think there won't be emotions, there will definitely be emotions.
