🔬 We believe this advancement will unlock new biological questions at scales and resolutions previously unattainable.
🧬 What systems would you explore with this level of detail?

✨ And yes—we go 3D.
We achieve:
✅ sub-10 nm localization precision at 9 μm depth in whole cells 🦠
✅ ~12 nm precision in complex tissues (like the Drosophila eye 👁)
Think about that: near-molecular detail, deep inside tissues.

✨ We push further:
🌈 Multicolour imaging and 🎯 #RESI = repetitive imaging → ultra-high resolution.
This opens complex multiplexed experiments inside cells, where precision matters.

✅ On a commercial microscope, we achieve sub-10 nm resolution on DNA origami across a 76 x76 μm2 field of view!
✅ We apply this in cells to resolve nuclear pore complex protein pairs inside the cellular context.
This is true protein-level imaging, across large scales.

Can we break past the usual limits of #SuperResolution #Microscopy—achieving deep-imaging, high-res, large FOV imaging without the trade-offs?
🧬🔬 YES: with #DNA_PAINT + Spinning Disk Confocal + Optical Photon Reassignment (#SDC-OPR)!

Great new DNA/Q-Paint method published by our @ucl colleague Sabrina Simoncelli - lucky to have been part of it! Check out the Ecadherin and collagenIV imaging in the fly retina at up to 15micron depth www.nature.com/articles/s41...
