It’s not perfect and I have some concerns but this will always be my home and there are many things to love about this area.

One of my favorite things about living in CNY again is the local bakeries, diners, fish fry’s and soft ice cream players that add so much flavor to our community.

At one point I thought he made valid points but now he just seems to be embracing his “heel” character on a podcast. I do enjoy when he rips on Meltzer who I have zero respect for as a journalist but understand his historical perspective.

Heard Bischoff say they need to not allow it or they’ll “go woke or go broke” and while some of his input I value, his hot takes on a topic like this is wrong. I get what he means as far as trying to attract advertisers but I’d crown Brody champ and let the chants ring out.

While I have the upmost respect for law enforcement who do deal with criminals who hurt others, I’m sorry but when some of your agents literally stop people on the street & try to take them instead of targeting the criminals, you also lose some credibility.

Not shocked that corporate entity didn’t like that but kudos to Tony Khan for letting the chant air originally. Hell, I’d crown Brody the champ if it were me and watch your popularity grow.

So happy to get a win. Not looking for the stuff to complain about but enjoying the win. Life is hard enough right now than to only see the negative side of things. Go Orange!

That guy was nicer than I would have been and I think I’m a fairly nice person to most people (people on that network are some of the exceptions).

And in hiring Coach Brown, like it or not, he hired a guy known as one of the best recruiters at the time working in the SEC and brought in a QB from OSU who gave the fans an amazing season in their first season before he used his eligibility up and went to the NFL in McCord.

Also I’d say that 2 of those 3 programs are trending upwards since their hiring as well.

I’m not saying every decision worked out but I also think it’s easy to forget that there were tough decisions he was forced to make too and some worked out and some didn’t.

This might be an unpopular opinion but I’d like to thank AD Wildhack for his work as Syracuse AD. Job is often thankless but I came back to his alma mater to make a positive difference and I truly believe he made the best choices he believed were in the interest of SU.

These 24 hour news networks filling time with nothing but speculation over horrible events like this will inevitably hurt people’s lives and should stick to only reporting actual facts.

I think it’s because he was loyal to Lupo’s whenever he was in Binghamton for work and probably not a taste thing. I only know one place within 15 minutes of me in Sylvan Beach that serves Spiedies and they have their own family recipe saying the family was originally from the area

My dad made me once spend over an hour at five grocery stores to find Lupo’s because they carried one called State Fair and he refused to used that…he only ate Lupo’s.

I do like chicken riggies if they’re not too spicy but I LOVE Spiedies. When I was a kid, I always loved when dad went to Binghamton for work because we’d likely have spiedies if we could afford it and I’m 53 now and still that little kid when Lupo’s spiedies are served

This is my grandson Amari. If you ask why I take things so personally, it’s because if anyone comes for him, I will do anything to defend him & then I think about families torn apart to appease the hatred of a few and I put myself in their shoes. We can be better than this!

I will absolutely NEVER harm myself or others because I know the impact it would have on my family and others and I don’t want to hurt anyone if possible. But to say I look forward to waking up in this world at this moment would be a lie.

Sorry but I’m just not okay. I look around at a country I loved and served partly because I loved our diversity & it’s being torn apart by people with hate in their hearts and motives not for the good & the things that once brought me joy like SU sports are no longer fun to chat about.

Take the current SU sports state of their programs right now. Losing does hurt and takes some joy from it but even more than that I lose any joy whatsoever when I go online or encounter someone who knows I’m a fan and everything is just hateful and negative and it’s exhausting.

I’m trying but buddy the more I look around, the less I feel like this world is for me anymore. I’m far from perfect but I don’t want it to seem like I’m blaming anyone…it’s just that I don’t want to partake in all of this discourse and hatred I see growing more by the day.

Maybe it’s just that this world isn’t for me anymore.

Some media yes I agree wholeheartedly yes but also political party homers who are so desperate to “stick it to the libs” that they’ll tolerate this behavior if it means their agenda is being pushed as well and these pundits who go on shows to share their hot takes on behalf of them.
