Wrapping up the pre-release build.

It'll also be using quite a few placeholder audio/visual assets, which I should be able to finalize in time for the public release next week.

If things get pushed back any further I'll let you all know, but I think I can still manage to release it on schedule!

Hey everyone, just an update on the 0.12 pre-release. I had a cold a couple of weeks ago and fell behind schedule as a result, so I'm now trying to wrap up a few things last minute. I'm still aiming to pre-release 0.12 today, but it will be later than usual.

One of my favorite games of all time. One of the best soundtracks of all time. Super excited that it's finally getting a remaster!

Honestly I think they'd be shooting themselves in the foot doing that. The OG has a *lot* of problems and I think giving new players access to it before Riders releases would turn several of them off the series entirely. Better to make the best possible first impression with the new one first.

I needed to test out the proportions and make sure everything could fit into a square sprite properly before I began making the model, so Dr. Reflex looked like that when I first started programming him lol.

I found an old Baldi strip on my PC that was already extracted from WarioWare D.I.Y. but never got used in a Baldi's Basics game for some reason.

Huge shoutout to the kind soul who helped me out with my code on my terribly formatted Stack Overflow post. I was about to lose my mind figuring out what was wrong. Turns out I just have no clue how errors present themself in C++ and so my debugging was not leading me to the source of the issue.
