Yep! The grilling is just my pro tip to make the house smell for days.

Trader Joe’s smoked herring is great for grilling and then making toast in the pan with the oil and then putting the herring on the toast. Beyond that, I tend to be overexcited and generally underwhelmed by specialty tinned fish. The tins sure are cute tho.
