Two and a half weeks out and this is the most I have been prepared. Kind of wild that when you go somewhere and you're respected, treated kindly, consulted in the decision making process (instead of presented with an idea that will be imposed anyway), and treated like an adult, you care more.

This is ridiculous. It's entirely about trying to win as many seats as possible in the midterms. It's not about anything else.

Republicans do not, under any circumstances, want to be held accountable for anything they have done.

This is exactly why they did that dumb economic presser last week. They wanted to find a way to pin the blame on Biden but it's not going to work.

The incumbent always takes the blame at the midterms. Right now the incumbents are all Republican.

Newsom, Pritzker, Hochul, O'Rourke all emerging as leadership voices the Democrats need to showcase ahead of the midterms. They need to punch back hard and frequently.

Gone are the days of Dems being nice. You need to counter nasty with nasty and assert dominance in a midterm battle.

Just more proof that the Republicans have no right saying they represent the core beliefs of the average American citizen and taxpayer.

The average citizen pays their own rent with their own income. They don't have a special piggy bank they can conveniently raid.

The two people I have supported were not like that. They are better people and of course I'll do what I can to support them because of how good they were to me. (4/4)

But I've had plenty of people who have not treated me well and I've left them with a silent "screw you" without saying it. There was one instance when all my awards were packed up due to construction work and those coworkers tossed them all out and were laughing about it in a common area. (3/4)

I will provide support as long as people are good to me. They were great people to work with when I was in the same building they were in and so I had no reservations about helping them out now.

Also, it helps that their current site is a 5 minute drive from where I live. (2/4)

If Trump and his cabinet can't take the current onslaught of comedians and shows like South Park making fun of them, they're really going to be 10-ply soft when SNL starts up this fall.

When the job numbers really fall to shit (they're practically zeroing out right now) they're going to need to blame someone else and so this is their way of pointing the finger at Biden.

They know the economy is softening. They know a recession is coming. They desperately don't want the blame.

Fight fire with fire. If Democrats need to gerrymander the hell out of blue states then they need to do it. Wipe out all Republican seats in their states if possible.

Republicans do not play by the rules. Time to throw out the whole rule book for a little bit to fight these assholes.

And also hypothetically speaking, if those common items were owned by the individual, the individual would have the right to use those items freely as long as they have those items prior to any temporary disruption being taken.

Hypothetically speaking, if a labour dispute such as a lockout were to happen, it would be a very smart idea to put a storage container in a car and store common items that might need to be used off-site for a secondary job, no?

Hm. I forgot to delete a whitelisted account from one of the sites I would pull music from. Now that I've moved on from managing that account it's not my problem. It's now been removed from the service I use.

New running shoes required and acquired. It was a four year journey for my old ones but they wore out yesterday.

One of my PCs has a very old power supply and it needs to be swapped out before a capacitor pops. That's tomorrow's project. Swapping out a 650W PSU with a 1000W PSU.

Fortunately, not a lot of things plugged into this secondary PC so the switch should be totally fine.
