Make no mistake, healthcare costs are out of control and we must find a way to slow the growth or even reverse….

I wonder where expensive meds are accounted? Yearly doses of biologic therapies can cost upwards of $250,000/y. Yet it’s a pharmaceutical… is this showing up on the hospitals bottom line or is Drug spending?

4.5 trillion? Number seems really high….. that would mean hospitals account for 1.5 trillion…. 😕

Today’s #GoodMorningNews: a trial at Washington University’s school of medicine has shown great results for a vaccine that would prevent recurrence for a particularly aggressive form of breast cancer. It’s a small trial, but 3 years later 16/18 participants remain cancer free

It’s well worth a read, especially if you want to manage your health in very unhealthy times.

I admit I missed the community. Much has changed, but it’s nice to be back on what feels v much like the old Twitter.
