That's a misreading of the real goal of AI. The goal of AI is to Taylorize knowledge work. A central "problem" of the tech enterprise is deep domain knowledge and institutional memory makes certain workers irreplaceable. By forcing them to use (and thereby train) AI they become replaceable.
