Name a word only product managers can spell.

I'll start:

d-e-p-r-e-c-a-t-e-d

Def: to kill something no one uses, except for those 5 people who are going to be real mad because they're using it.

If you tell someone 'it does not work,' w/o providing details, don't be surprised when you get a screenshot response...showing it working.

For your connection, does it work in sqlcl w/o a password prompt?

TechTarget:

"The industry has adopted MCP extremely quickly, and the potential was obvious from the beginning," he said. "We evaluated it internally and saw quite clearly that the potential for Oracle Database users was real. The key is doing it in a way that makes sense, is secure and will scale."

Claude is smart enough to know I didn't run that many miles, so it did some maths based on the elapsed time per run I had recorded in my oracle database table, and decided (CORRECTLY) that Strava uses METERS

And i just told it to look in my fun database and figure out how many miles I've ran...

10.07.2025 21:42 β€” πŸ‘ 7    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

there is one main connection, used for browsing - the tree stuff, and then by default there is a dedicated connection per worksheet/notebook - so if you need to reconnect there's multiple

you can alleviate this by disabling the multiple connections feature in preferences
