GROUP BY ALL in Oracle Database 23ai Oracle database 23ai (23.9) introduces the ALL keyword to simplify the GROUP BY clause.

I learned a couple of things today - the 23ai GROUP BY ALL is long overdue and absolutely marvellous - just wish they would backport it to 19c. Secondly, syntactic sugar. How did I get through 37 years in IT without hearing that phrase?

I keep a couple of each type, especially those weird ones (USB to that square USB thing used by external drives etc) since you never know when you'll need one. But yes, a purge of that crap is an excellent plan.
