2)GenZ answers their phones? I'm GenX and I prefer calls to be scheduled. If I don't know the number, it's a scam.
3)A functional society would have legally obliterated spam calls by now. It's destroyed critical infrastructure.

Worth noting that unionization hasn't saved TV and film work. The studios have largely moved out of Hollywood and into tax subsidies in other states and countries, often outside union jurisdiction. They've also have rewritten a lot of the rules that made it sustainable work.

This scene from "Leave the world behind" was terrifying because the ways these cars are built, it's absolutely possible.
